The newly created Sydney Anglican Property brings together the staff and functions previously spread across the Anglican Church Growth Corporation, the Anglican Church Property Trust, New Churches for New Communities and St Andrew's Housing Corporation, making it a one-stop-shop for all property matters for the Sydney Diocese.

With a newly constituted Board, Sydney Anglican Property is seeking to appoint a Corporate Secretary who will support the work of the Board and the relationship between it and Sydney Diocesan Services under whose umbrella it operates.

Reporting to the Head of Diocesan and Corporate Services, and working collaboratively with the Board Chair, Board members and the CEO, you will:

• facilitate Sydney Anglican Property corporate governance processes, ensuring board processes run efficiently and effectively;

- in consultation with the Chair, lead the governance, risk and compliance framework for the organisation;
- bring innovation to strategic planning and business improvement initiatives; and,
- undertake special governance projects in relation the operations of Sydney Diocesan Services and the organisations which it serves.

With relevant tertiary qualifications, you will have deep experience as a corporate or company secretary, a sound understanding of governance and statutory reporting matters, and exceptional communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to successfully work with key internal and external stakeholders is essential. High level administrative and organisational skills will be critical to success in this role.

You will have a robust faith with active involvement in your local faith community.
