Seeking a permanent
Furniture Technician / Handyman to join a leading supplier of high end furniture in
Malaga.
You will have proven experience in a similar role, with excellent customer service skills.

Key responsibilities;

Attending homes / business sites to assess product claims
Inspecting furniture for defects & damages while determining the appropriate repairs or replacements needed
Providing excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests related to furniture repair, assembly, or maintenance
Troubleshooting issues related to furniture assembly, repair, or installation and finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Inwarehouse repairs when not on the road
General warehouse duties
Attend scheduled meetings on time

Skills;

Upholstery experience _highly regarded_
Previous face to face customer service experience
Previous (retail/repairs) experience in furniture setting is wellregarded
Experience of resolving customer complaint and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
Self motivated
Able to work autonomously
