Permanent full-time position within a well-established car dealership offering new and used cars based in Alice Springs. for a Service Manager, Service Operations Manager, Service Department Manager, or Service Director interested in the management and operations of the dealership selling new and used cars.

Requires management and car dealership experience
Salary depends on experience
NT, Alice springs

A normal day includes

Developing and implementing effective leadership strategies to lead the team with confidence and expertise
Foster a culture of professionalism through clear communication and setting expectations
Review and update dealership processes to ensure precision and integrity in all operations
Strategically set measurable KPIs to track and maintain operational excellence
Implement a system to promptly address customer concerns care and efficient resolution
Build strong relationships with OEM partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations
