DOOLEYS is a community club that welcomes all members of the community. We offer a variety of well-appointed dining, entertainment and function facilities at two Sydney locations.

In addition, to regular Club facilities, DOOLEYS Health and Fitness offers a broad range of health and fitness facilities and service to support Club members.


We are seeking a driven, energetic and highly professional Food and Beverage Supervisor/Team Leader to be working with us at our DOOLEYS Lidcombe Catholic Club.

Reporting to the Service Duty Manager, you will be responisble for the following:

  • Providing afriendly and professional F&B service with the upmost efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Provide our guests with exceptional customer service ensuring their expectations are always met.
  • Working with customers and kitcken to ensure service times are adhered too.
  • Be proficient in systems,, maintain control of restaurants and bistro service equipment, and carry out regular stock takes.
  • Training and development of floor staff with the constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.
  • Be knowledgeable of and operate within the Club guidelines and Dooleys Management Policies.
The ideal person for this role will be an ambitious multi-skilled and proactive Team Member with demonstrated experience in the following:

  • Flexibility to work roating shifts including weekends, nights and public holidays.
  • Have previous F&B Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Wine and Beverage knowldge.
  • Table service and counter service experience.
  • Have a current or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alchol(RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling(RCG) competency card.
