The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of financial decision-making, collaborating closely with a diverse team of experts and stakeholders.

You'll drive cost analysis, forecast financial implications, and provide strategic insights to guide this organization's future.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, from liaising with internal senior stakeholders to crafting insightful reports and ensuring accurate budget allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with external consultants to analyze the cost of various organizational structure options.
Partner with Directors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess delivery plans and associated costs for approved funds.
Prepare detailed reports on Phase 1 costs, forecasting for FY24, and managing core project costs.
Create comprehensive budgets for both current and future project phases.
Reconcile financial data and resource needs across different projects.
Engage with fellow team members and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication and information sharing.
Contribute to trend analysis and benchmarking to support evidencebased financial decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong written skills for accurate cost submissions and informative reports.
Inquisitive and analytical mindset to ask the right questions and uncover insights.
Relevant accounting qualifications and expertise.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
