The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of financial decision-making, collaborating closely with a diverse team of experts and stakeholders.

You'll drive cost analysis, forecast financial implications, and provide strategic insights to guide this organization's future.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, from liaising with internal senior stakeholders to crafting insightful reports and ensuring accurate budget allocations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with external consultants to analyze the cost of various organizational structure options.
  • Partner with Directors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess delivery plans and associated costs for approved funds.
  • Prepare detailed reports on Phase 1 costs, forecasting for FY24, and managing core project costs.
  • Create comprehensive budgets for both current and future project phases.
  • Reconcile financial data and resource needs across different projects.
  • Engage with fellow team members and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication and information sharing.
  • Contribute to trend analysis and benchmarking to support evidencebased financial decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong written skills for accurate cost submissions and informative reports.
  • Inquisitive and analytical mindset to ask the right questions and uncover insights.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications and expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
