The Role
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the forefront of financial decision-making, collaborating closely with a diverse team of experts and stakeholders.
You'll drive cost analysis, forecast financial implications, and provide strategic insights to guide this organization's future.Your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, from liaising with internal senior stakeholders to crafting insightful reports and ensuring accurate budget allocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external consultants to analyze the cost of various organizational structure options.
- Partner with Directors and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to assess delivery plans and associated costs for approved funds.
- Prepare detailed reports on Phase 1 costs, forecasting for FY24, and managing core project costs.
- Create comprehensive budgets for both current and future project phases.
- Reconcile financial data and resource needs across different projects.
- Engage with fellow team members and stakeholders to maintain transparent communication and information sharing.
- Contribute to trend analysis and benchmarking to support evidencebased financial decisions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong written skills for accurate cost submissions and informative reports.
- Inquisitive and analytical mindset to ask the right questions and uncover insights.
- Relevant accounting qualifications and expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
