About the Role
Our IT team, located in Panorama has a fantastic opportunity for an IT Service Desk Analyst.

This role has become available due to the internal promotion of the incumbent and offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and provide high-level support to a large and diverse organisation in the disability sector.

As a key member of the team, you'll report to the Manager, Service & Infrastructure and play an essential role in delivering exceptional service and support to stakeholders across 17 sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective resolution of customer service requests and incidents
  • Configure, deploy, support, and maintain end user hardware and software
  • Work as part of a team to provide a high level of customer service and problem resolution
  • Logging and tracking all support requests using helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Provide related IT administrative support
  • Effectively communicate IT related matters to the wider business
  • Travel to metropolitan and regional sites as required

About You

You will also have:

  • Experience with Windows desktop operating systems
  • Excellent time management skills
  • The ability to work on your own and within a team
  • An ability to build and maintain rapport with people in the organisation


For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Bedford Phoenix Incorporated.


  • A National Police Clearance (gained no more than six months ago)
  • NDIS worker screening clearance (or other suitable clearance to work in the disability sector)
  • Evidence of right to work in Australia
  • Full Australian driver's licence
  • Evidence of FULL vaccination with a TGAapproved COVID19 vaccine (three doses) or an acceptable exemption
