We're currently seeking a Weighbridge Operator at our Toowoomba site

Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Validate Weighbridge Operations in accordance with relevant legislation, codes and regulations, organisational procedures and manufacturer's instructions.
Enforce Grain Harvest Management Scheme as required and send monthly reports to Department Transport for overloaded vehicles
Generate weekly tickets and invoices as well as monthly statements
Coordinate daily bookings in spreadsheet for loads into site and liaising with clients and growers as first point of call
Maintain up to date Purchase and Sales Contract information
Enter the drivers logbook page data into the program to check driving times
Assist with collection of data for various accreditations
Liaise with truck drivers, handle enquires and follow up where required
Familiarity with sampling analysis procedures
Experience with grain sampling and associated technology
Public Weighbridge Operator qualifications
Experience in the MS Office suite
Welldeveloped written and verbal communication skills
High level of interpersonal and customer service skills
Experience in the grain industry is highly advantageous
