ASP Access Floors are a leading company in the raised access flooring industry. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic accounts team.
The role is mainly office based however ASP offer flexible work conditions with the option to work occasionally from home or location of choice.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable management
- Banking transaction reconciliations
- Record Keeping and Filing
- Assisting in other areas of accounting and administration as required
Your Profile
- Good work ethics and excellent attention to detail.
- Well organised, responsible, and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Certificate or qualified in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Payroll and MYOB experience is desirable.
- Jobpac experience is desirable.
- Microsoft office experience.
- Excellent telephone manner, experienced at dealing with staff and service providers.
Salary:
$75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Seven Hills, NSW 2147
