They are now looking for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner with experience working with clients who require high intensity supports.

About the role

  • Maintain a caseload of NDIS clients and ensure behaviour support reports/ assessments to be completed within specified timeframes.
  • Manage a team of behaviour support practitioners.
  • Maintain confidential client files and records within
accordance of relevant State and Federal Acts.

  • Maintain regular liaison with clients and key stakeholders
in performing behaviour support interventions.

  • Meet internal and external quality service standards.
  • Use the companies' resources effectively, develop
and manage client programs directed towards achieving
meaningful work outcomes.

  • Prepare for and attend regular structured reviews with
direct manager which will include case conferencing
complex clients.

  • Run professional workshops

To be eligible to apply:


  • APHRA Registered or Provisional Psychologist or BA of Social Work equivalent


  • NDIS

  • Level
  • Core/Proficient/Advanced level preferred
  • Experience as Behaviour Support Practitioner
  • Flexibility in work hours may be necessary and some travel
  • Drivers licence required and car for work
  • Able to obtain a clean Working With Children Check and Police Clearance


  • NDIS
