Using your expert analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of best practices to prevent a wide range of security threats.
You will be responsible for the design, ongoing review, and enforcement of policies and procedures that ensure our compliance and security requirements are met.
This includes training and educating our staff in various information security topics.You will also maintain and ensure the Information Security Management System (ISMS) is in alignment to all applicable security certifications to achieve a balance of confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems appropriate to business activities.
Championing information security across the business is a key outcome of this role.DELIVERING

FOR THE GREAT | Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Conducting regular security audits of the Kinatico's information management practices, IT systems and networks
- Analysing security threats and developing risk mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities and weaknesses
- Developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitoring network traffic and system logs to identify and respond to potential security breaches
- Establishing and maintaining a security program to identify, plan, implement and monitor ISO 27001 compliance across the business, including requirements for new products
- Maintaining security risk register and reviewing risks periodically
- Monitoring, investigating & responding to security incidents
- Delivering increased security capability and maturity across Kinatico including planning and conducting security awareness and training activities for all Kinaticans
- Working with DevOps to ensure technical security controls and tasks are completed
- Facilitating Privacy Impact Assessments for projects and new developments
- Responding to client and vendor requests for security related questionnaires, information and meetings
OUR TEAM'S STRENGTH COMES FROM EVERYONE'S INDIVIDUALITY | About you**:
- Knowledge of security principles and best practices, including but not limited to access control, network security, threat management, and incident response.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Estimated 25 years of experience in information security, cyber security, network security
- Experience with cyber security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software
- Experience with cyber security assessment tools and techniques
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus
