Join our vibrant collaborative team as the Customer Service Team Leader.

As the heartbeat of our College, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of administration, fostering a welcoming environment, and supporting both staff students and our wider community.

Level 6 - 76hrs per fortnight Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00 pm (Averaged School terms only)

Here's what we're looking for:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent is preferred.
• Have the ability to organise tasks, prioritise work efficiently, and maintain a well-structured office environment.
• Have the capability to identify issues, find solutions, and address challenges proactively to ensure smooth office operations.
• Develop, implement and review customer service systems, procedures and methods. Adapt processes and resources as required, to facilitate efficient team operations in line with College standards, policies and procedures.
• You possess strong verbal and written communication skills and can interact effectively and efficiently with employees and the wider community.
• You are proficient in the Microsoft suite of products, G Suite, (currently rebranded as Google Workspace).
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities effectively unsupervised.
• A high level of attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure with previous experience in administration.
• Efficient time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Demonstrates a professional demeanour when faced with challenging circumstances.
• Other duties as assigned by the College Principal and/or delegate.

The ideal candidate:

• Previous experience of working in a school environment.
• Proven experience in leading an office team.
• Exceptional organisation, communication (both written & verbal) and attention to detail.

This position involves working with children.
