Grade 11/1- TEMPORARY Opportunity with the possibility of extension

What's the Job?


As part of the Employee Experience team in People & Culture, the Employee Experience Manager will lead a team to design and deliver programs that transform the moments that matter most for our people.

In this role you'll bring our People Strategy to life and improve the employee experience through innovative learning and organisational development programs, talent management and performance and engagement strategies for the Customer Service cluster.

You will take ownership for multiple programs with significant scope and business impact, while working with your team on engaging assignments that deliver impactful solutions.

  • Expert experience in designing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating strategies and programs leveraging best practice methodologies, including leadership, digital capability, talent management, performance, and culture change.
  • Practice in diagnosing problems, designing fit for purpose solutions, executing, and measuring value.
  • Designed and delivered hybrid programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.
  • An ability to understand data, draw correlations and tell a story to move others to action.
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to engage, communicate and influence at executive level through to the front line.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on strong performance and results driven, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines to a budget.
  • Formal qualifications in human resources, organisational development and/or relevant

What will your day involve?

  • The design and delivery of OD, L&D and change management projects from needs assessment through implementation and measurement.
  • The design and delivery of L&D and OD programs, initiatives and projects across the entire employee lifecycle that underpin organisational effectiveness, capability growth and change management.
  • Preparing and presenting accurate and relevant strategic plans, position papers and reports including analysis and recommendations on employee experience activities and initiatives to support informed executive decision making.
  • Ensure program evaluation is conducted regularly to assess value and effectiveness of programs to determine updates or improvements in line with business objectives.
  • Partner with P& C Leadership to advise the business on how to leverage L&D and OD programs and talent data to solve cluster wide objectives.
  • Identify and introduce innovative and creative ways to deliver results.
