$70-80k+Super

tight knit team based in Melbourne, plenty of support from our local support office/warehouse, and daily communication with other store managers around the country.


Training both on the job, and can be sent up to Sydney for mechanics training.

Roster is flexible, days off will usually be Friday and Saturday, but we the team isn't huge so sometimes days off may need to be changed.

Our client is a speciality retailer within the sporting industry. We are searching for a store manager / leader who is motivated, focused, passionate about the outdoors, lifestyle and the sporting industry


To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years management experience.
  • The ability to drive personal & individual sales.
  • Capability to train and motivate your teams
  • Background in the sporting industry or lifestyle retailers
  • Exceptional Customer service.
They have a well structured business operation, strong teamwork ethic and upbeat staff morale.

They focus on fulfilling all of their customers needs and pride themselves on the highest levels of customer service and product ranges.

  • Salary up to $80 + Super depending on experience
