About the role
Our client is a leading institution that offers fantastic career growth opportunities and perks for their staff.


Our client is looking for an experienced Web Content Specialist to be their go-to for web content management their entire multiple websites.

This is a 12 month FTC with the opportunity to be extended or even converted to permanent.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has well-rounded knowledge of website management, everything from accessibility, information architecture, an understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey, content layout and SEO/SEM strategies and how this collectively creates a seamless, exceptional website customer experience.


You will have the following skill-set:

  • At least 4+ years experience in a website content specialist or website coordinator position
  • Experience managing and coordinating web content and ensure websites are updated adhering to web governance, procedure and brand guidelines.
  • Strong experience in web content and publishing on an enterpriselevel CMS (such as Sitecore and AEM highly desirable)
  • Experience leading/mentoring and managing juniors
  • Creative eye for design
  • Solid understanding of how to create an exceptional website experience taking into consideration IA, UX/UI Principles to drive continuous improvements /engagements, mobilefirst approach and onpage SEO
  • Experience leading web page audits and identifying page improvement opportunities
  • Highly proficient in liaising with wider teams departments (including technology, data, UX, brand teams)
  • Proficient liaising and negotiating with stakeholders
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and working towards tight deadlines
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • Proficient with Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful and 'cando' attitude
  • Must be comfortable working in a changing environment that is highly regulated
