Your main duties will include:

Prepare complex accounting and taxation work
Provide consistency in exceptional client service as a first point of call for your clients
Delegate and mentor juniors.

Ideally you will have:

CA/CPA completed or close to completion, qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting, Business or Commerce
Four or more years' Australian tax experience in a public practice environment
Client focused
Experience with mentoring juniors and managing workflow.
