About the role
This is an entry level role; however, we expect some workplace experience and a base understanding of professional work conduct and etiquette.
Duties
- Manage the Academy's Esprit De Corp Program Line initiatives that contribute to a sense of connection and belonging among the cohorts, including teams chats, masterclasses, cohort logo design and cohort name selection.
- Engage in project work as directed, for example, grant horizonscanning and lessons learned processes, to help guide strategic planning for the Academy capability.
- Plan and coordinate the resources necessary to build an Academy repository/index of training materials.
- Assist in program governance, including tracking action items and supporting forums such as the Academy Working Group
- Contribute to the smooth running of the CyberCX Academy by coordinating logistics for program management and client workshops, functions, events, graduation ceremonies, orientation, and onboarding.
Skills & experience
- This is an entry level role in the CyberCX Academy; however, we expect some workplace experience and a base understanding of professional work conduct and etiquette.
- Relevant experience, tertiary education and/or industry certifications in Cyber Security, Business Administration, Commerce, Human Resources, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in particular).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- The ability to understand your audience and present and communicate with structure, clarity, and precision.
- Strong analytical, administration and writing skills.
