Job Description SGS is looking for a full-time generalist HR Advisor to cover a 12-month parental leave starting in April, with a possibility of extension. The role, based near Perth Airport, offers a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work options.
Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Business Partner, this role offers a broad range of HR responsibilities including:

Partnering with business units to support all aspects of the employee journey.
Providing expert advice on ER matters like performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Conducting thorough investigations into employee grievances ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
Updating HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.
Delivering training sessions on HR policies, procedures, and legislative updates.
Leading HR projects to enhance processes, employee experience, and organizational efficiency.
Managing compliance activities with precision and expertise.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, experience in HR advisory with a focus on ER and IR, knowledge of Australian employment laws, strong conflict resolution skills, and excellent communication abilities.
