We are looking for a Claims Consultant to join our clients team

Duties and responsibilities include:

Endtoend claims management

, a key resource in the claims team handling a claims portfolio

Learning about motor and transport insurance, as well as the insurance industry generally
Maintain excellent customer service with a high attention to detail
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers/clients
Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals

We are looking for someone with:

Experience in end-to-end motor or property claims management
Ability to provide an outstanding and efficient service to all customers
A selfstarter and the ability to work autonomously
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
