Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to join our team based in Lidcombe on a permanent full-time basis working 38 hours a week.

This role will see you take accountability for customer service administration, across the Sydney branch.

Your responsibilities will also include:

Qualify information through internal channels, received through the ticketing system
Support through regular communication, data entry, reporting, document.
Preparation and general support aligned to the business growth and customer

retention focus.

This role is also responsible for delivering a "wow" experience to customers
Handle inbound/outbound contact in a professional manner to preserve customer
Retention and initiate selling new business to existing customers and prospects.
Work with our Internal Stakeholders by advising of sales opportunities
Provide support through preparing proposals as required by our Internal Stakeholders
Preparing quotes for work orders
Liaise with customers to confirm site movements and site requirements
Promptly process all leads as soon as documentation is received, maintaining invoice schedules in line with customer accounts
Prepare Customer Information Schedules and other reporting

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service role dealing directly with customers
Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, Excel and PowerPoint essential
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both verbal and written
Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
