Job Summary
***You will be completing various projects across build and transport sectors involving excavation, piling, post tensioning and re-instatement works, working on large value projects.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all site activities, including the work of subcontractors
  • Monitor progress and ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports and progress updates
  • Identify and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
  • Manage and maintain equipment and materials on site
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Site Foreman or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction processes and techniques
  • Experience in managing and supervising subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
