The Company
Our client is a well-regarded and established community services organisation with offices based in the Eastern suburbs. They pride themselves on their strong workplace culture and collaborative team environment.


The Role


As the Executive Team Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager and broader team and work closely with the Senior Executive Assistant.


You will benefit from a hybrid working arrangement, competitive hourly rates, free parking and working with a passionate and engaging team.

This is a 4-month contract assignment from 16th of January to 19th May 2023 (inclusive).


Key responsibilities:

  • Diary management and monitor inbox for the GM
  • Coordinate meetings, and collate papers for the board and committee
  • Support key events by booking venues and organising catering
  • Manage the general inbox
  • Ensure invoices are approved
  • Document control and creation
  • Ad hoc admin as required

About You
You are an experienced administrator who has a keen interest in the not-for-profit sector. You enjoy being hands-on in your role and working within a team environment.


Key skills required:

  • Relevant experience within PA, EA, Team Assistant, or secretarial positions
  • Experience within community services is preferred
  • Relevant tertiary education desired
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong systems skills, including Ms Office and Sharepoint. Experience with Diligent Board Books a bonus
  • Ability to remain confidential and manage sensitive information
