Full Time Position Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm

Draftex is a 40 year established Industry Specialist, our client base includes Architectural, Landscaping, Engineering Firms as well as Drafting students.

We have an excellent industry reputation for efficiency, reliability and service.

Incorporated in this role are all aspects of Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Warehousing & Distribution.


Main duties include:

• Telephone Reception & Direction of Incoming Calls
• Answering Product Enquiries, Counter Sales
• Processing Invoices in MYOB
• Receivable & Payable Processing
• Pick Pack & Despatch
• Banking & Bank Reconciliations
• Stock Counts, Warehousing
• Incoming Goods Processing

Essential Requirements / skills:

• Fluent in Oral and Written English
• Accuracy with basic numeracy & figures
• Computer Literacy Skills - Intermediate - (minimum requirement)
• Excellent Organisation skills
• Motivated and Reliable
• Instinctively work with a Focus on Detail & Accuracy
• Product focussed and Hands on
• Preference to work in a Small Business environment

Highly Desirable Requirements / skills:

• Some MYOB & Excel literacy
• Previous Customer Service Experience

The successful applicant should also be open to later training across other roles in the future to cover holidays and absence.

Salary is negotiable based on demonstrated skills and previous experience.
