We are looking for a motivated and hands-on clinical expert with excellent leadership and communication skills to pursue a career opportunity at our 48 bed St Johns Villa Residential Aged Care home.

As a Care Manager, you will act as the clinical lead to ensure delivery of quality clinical and person centred care for our residents.

You would be joining a strong, stable team that comprises Residential Manager, Care Manager and Quality & Education Manager.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Develop and lead clinical care staff to focus on a culture of continual improvement and quality
  • Ensure the home complies with Aged Care Accreditation Standards
  • Ensure high quality resident care is consistently delivered throughout the home to all residents including updating of care plans, wound reviews and medication overview, and more

To be successful for this role, you will have:


  • Authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Demonstrated work experience as a Clinical Care Manager
  • Extensive knowledge of the clinical functions of an Aged Care home
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to be selfmotivated and promote a positive work environment
  • Covid vaccinated
  • NDIS check or willing to obtain
