$70, % Superannuation

theAnderson Pvt Ltd are looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsperson for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Darlinghurst, NSW.

The Architectural Draftsperson will be responsible for the following duties:

• Researching and documenting building codes and controls to create due diligence reports and building specifications.
• Interpreting topographical information from surveyors to create Site Analysis Plans and 3D site context models.
• Drafting various 2D plans, elevations, and sections to produce drawing packages for DA and CDC lodgements.
• Liaising with external civil, engineering, environmental, and planning consultants along with council assessing officers and private certifiers.
• Producing drawings for construction phase, such as lighting and electrical plans, window and door schedules, concrete outlines, and wall set outs.
• Conducting site visits to collect measurement data and oversee the construction process.
• Designing interiors and producing technical drawings for joiners and carpenters.

For this position it is expected that you would possess the following minimum qualifications/work experience:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
• 3 years of relevant work experience
