About the Role:

Our client is seeking a spare parts interpreter to carry out works in the Maddington area.

Reporting to the spare parts manager, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Assisting customers to interpret, quote and sell spare parts
Assist with management of stock levels, forecasting and reordering of spare parts
Providing technical and product information to our customers
Providing professional and timely customer service at all times
Picking and dispatching of customer orders as required
Liaising with workshop/ stores staff regarding stock take levels and customer requirements
Booking in freight and organising couriers
Provide assistance with stock takes as required
Willingness to work an "on call" roster/ sporadic after hours and weekend work

Annual salary with yearly bonus.

Monthly bonus for when you are rostered on weekend call once per month, depending on what work was performed if called out.

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in a parts department is essential, and a general understaing of trucks or heavy equipment.

Good comput skills

Previous experience with manufacturer portals and online catalogues

A professional, friendly attitude and who is reliable

Forklift Licence

LR Licence (desirable) C Class essential

National Police Clearance
Ability to pass random D&A screenings and a pre-employment medical
