- Job Title: Registered Nurse – Aged Care
- Location: Northern Rivers region NSW (Grafton NSW)
- Salary:$70K to $90K per annum (depending on experience) plus not for profit benefits and superannuation.
- Permanent (Full time and Part Time positions available)

- Assessing the health needs of residents and clients, and formulating comprehensive care plans.
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments.
- Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees.
- Providing clinical leadership and championing best practices in care delivery.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Monitoring and meticulously documenting residents' progress while maintaining accurate records.
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or related fields.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- Understanding of ACFI, including charting, assessments, documentation, and funding submissions.
- Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations.
