australia melbourne permanent cbd/wfh hybrid | attractive $$ on offerThis well-known global institution is seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 (D365) SME with Customer Engagement (CE) and Finance Operations (FO) skills to join their Technical and Digital solutions team.
Key activities
- Assist the architects with Solution Design for Dynamics 365 CE and FO modules
- Contribute to the technical design and solution development across all phases of projects and BAU work
- Leverage technical expertise to advise and implementation CRM & D365 solutions
- Perform code reviews of work done by other team members
- Safeguard customer data and information against accidental or unauthorised access, modification, destruction or disclosure
- Identify and escalate risks or issues associated with code bases, design elements, schedules or other
Key skills and experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and F&O modules
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Essential)
- Previous experience working in an Agile Team environment, specifically using Jira, will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in documenting Solution Designs and working within product base teams
