An opportunity for a highly organised
Accounts Clerk to support our team at Doncaster.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accuracy of deal pack costing and processing
  • Preparing balance sheet reconciliations
  • Adhering to and enforcing company processes, procedures and guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with both company and relevant accounting policies
  • Providing transparent reporting to Sales Managers and Commercial Manager
  • Managing the daily collection, reconciliation to system and deposit in the bank of cash receipts

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who:

  • Communicates with impact to manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the best results for the business
  • Shows exceptional time management, prioritisation, planning and execution skills
  • Is driven by process and holds other team members to account to ensure they do the same
  • Understands that compliance is at the heart of this role. We provide all the frameworks, guidelines and standards, but you ensure that everything you do complies with expectations
  • Leads in customer experience by meeting tight reporting deadlines
  • Manages all requests efficiently, with professionalism and escalates any issues to ensure they are proactively managed
  • Has a resilient and proactive attitude to managing challenges and obstacles
  • Enjoys working in an evolving and fast paced retail environment.
