- High level administrative/PA support of the Industrial & Logistics Division
- Preparation and compilation of reports, submissions and marketing material
- Preparation of HTML e-brochures, direct mail-outs and responding to enquiries
- Tracking and reporting on enquiries
- Systematic management of internal databases
- Diary management and email monitoring
- End of the month invoicing and marketing invoices, understanding of basic trust accounts
- Undertaking tasks on behalf of the Director and assisting other administration staff as required
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Real Estate industry
- Marketing experience using InDesign preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High level of administration process understanding
- A proven ability to be proactive and learn quickly
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound prioritisation and time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
