    What You Can Expect - The Opportunity
    The Marketing Specialist will liaise and support, the regional and local marketing team including the communication team, product managers, marketing managers and other local functions where required.

    This is a 12-month Fixed term Contract role with possibility of extension

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Both Internal and external event management

    • Digital activity including social media and e-shots

    • Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ensuring availability of all approval records

    • Print & Print Logistics and merchandising

    • Utilisation of all relevant tools including, but not limited to Hubspot, CRM and Falcon

    • Organisation of Webinars ensuring reporting is done and distributed to the relevant stakeholders

    • Organising and implementing online surveys as appropriate and ensuring reporting is completed and distributed to the relevant stakeholders

    • Organising photo & video shooting and ensuring material is made available to the global marketing teams via Zonza

    • Providing project management support to the local Marketing team

    • Actively participates in developing and improving global procedures and tools and provides feedback to relevant teams in the central marketing team

    What are we looking for?

    • Successful completion of tertiary education in marketing/communications or related field is preferred

    • Work experience in a communications/marketing role

    • Broad experience in the conception and execution of marketing/communication activities in the Business-to-Business market

    • Broad knowledge in conception and management of digital communication activities

    • IT knowledge: MS Office, CRM, Desktop publishing

    • Ability to organise and prioritise to meet deadlines

    • Ability to collaborate and work as part of a team

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Customer orientation
