- Assist with end of month deliverables, including:
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
- Expense analysis
- Journal posting
- Resolving broker queries, etc.
- Monthly general ledger reconciliations
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- Banking administration
- Assist with GST reconciliation/BAS preparation, FBT, and Income tax returns.
- Assist with cashflow and treasury functions
- Invoice processing
- Assist with inter-company reconciliations and liaising with other Lockton entities globally.
- Aged debtors reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with fiduciary payment processing (insurer payments and other statutory remittances)
- Assist with annual budgeting, internal and external audits, and other reporting as required
- Provide admin support and perform other duties as deemed appropriate. What you'll need to succeed
- 2- 5 years accounting experience
- Previous experience with MYOB/within the insurance space highly desirable
- CA/CPA (or plans to study) desirable.
