Assistant Operations Manager

About the Company:

***Established in 2001, and based in Dee Why, Quality Medical Nursing Services (QMNS) provides qualified and professional nursing staff to hospitals, aged care facilities, and health care institutions. QMNS also provides home nursing care throughout greater Sydney.


QMNS aim to provide an improvement in the quality of care to everyone they come into contact with, being respectful of their rights and responsive to their specific needs.


This is a varied role where you will provide support with recruitment and administrative takes and work in a relaxed and friendly environment.

QMNS is seeking a motivated Team-Player, who would be looking to commit to the company long-term and grow within the business.


Your role will include:


  • Providing professional customer services.
  • Recruitment/ mandatory employee checks.
  • Rostering.
  • Liaising with Clients and Employees.
  • Maintaining the record management system.
  • Review and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Following up on outstanding invoices.
  • General administration duties.


  • Business Development

  • Meet with potential / existing clients to promote the business.
  • Coordinate return to work employees.
  • Liaising with trainers and students as needed.
  • Addressing any written/verbal complaints
  • Feedback to clients.

Experience:
  • Have unrestricted Australian working rights as sponsorship is not offered for this role. (Not on a temporary visa)
  • Administration experience (minimum 3 years), preferably in aged care/nursing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
  • Microsoft Office skills and experience using MYOB or other accounting software (desirable)
  • Current Flu Vaccination (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of COVID19 Vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Workers Check (or willing to obtain)
