• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Manage the product portfolio, including product development, pricing, and positioning

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field;
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the payment industry, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
