Sumitomo (Shi) Hansen Australia Pty Ltd are seeking an Admin/Accounts Clerk for their Glendenning office which is in the City of Blacktown in Western Sydney.

THE ROLE

  • Assist with preparation of regular payments
  • Responsible for accounts reconciling and report the risks/opportunities
  • Support month end closing and reporting
  • Provide a backup coverage on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Admin support
  • Assisting with Inventory management
  • Maintain and update company databases

KEY SKILLS

  • General Accounting experience ideal, but not essential
  • Completed or completing accounting qualification
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Good attention to detail, ability to multitask, and achieve results through accurate processing and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to manage time and workload effectively
  • Selfmotivating and willing to take ownership
  • Own vehicle and transport
  • LIVING IN SYDNEY AUSTRALIA within easy reach of the Blacktown area.
