Sumitomo (Shi) Hansen Australia Pty Ltd are seeking an Admin/Accounts Clerk for their Glendenning office which is in the City of Blacktown in Western Sydney.

THE ROLE
- Assist with preparation of regular payments
- Responsible for accounts reconciling and report the risks/opportunities
- Support month end closing and reporting
- Provide a backup coverage on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
- Answering incoming calls
- Admin support
- Assisting with Inventory management
- Maintain and update company databases
KEY SKILLS
- General Accounting experience ideal, but not essential
- Completed or completing accounting qualification
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Teamwork oriented
- Good attention to detail, ability to multitask, and achieve results through accurate processing and meeting deadlines
- Ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Selfmotivating and willing to take ownership
- Own vehicle and transport
