We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Front of House Staff at our busy cookie shop.

Our shop prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality baked goods. If you love customer service, have a passion for food, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you


Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house area
  • Bake cookies throughout the day
  • Operate cash register
  • Help customers choose from a variety of cookies and answer questions
  • Uphold health and safety standards, including food preparation and handling procedures

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to multitask, and work independently
  • Basic math skills
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Available for 3 to 5 shifts a week at our Windsor store.
  • Flexibility to work at our Hawthorn shop when needed.
This will be a casual role, covered by the award rates.

$ $32.79 per hour
