The Team


The Admin & Governance Officer role sits in the newly established Exercises and Rehearsals Section reporting directly to the First Assistant Commissioner and National Election Manager.

The section is located within the Service Delivery Group and is responsible for developing the AEC's exercises and rehearsals capability.

The team is a small core group of experienced professionals who provide a positive, kind and inclusive work environment.

The Admin & Governance officer will play a pivotal part in maturing the AEC's exercises and rehearsals capability and is an exciting opportunity to be a part of establishing this new section.


The Opportunity
The Admin & Governance Officer supports the administration and coordination of work within the Exercises and Rehearsals section.

You will be responsible for the administration and governance of the section and will support the Director and Assistant Directors in the design, development and implementation of projects and programs.

The role is responsible for undertaking moderately complex work, under broad direction. This is an opportunity to demonstrate your skills in coordination, organisation, and positive engagement.
