Electrical business, based in
Mascot Australia.

What you'll do:

This exciting role offers opportunity to:

Provide high quality and efficient support in project and service finance and system transactions (invoice, revenue, purchase order, sales order, forecast on billing, revenue, inventory and margin)
Liaise with operation and supply chains in the project deliveries and procurement
Support Project managers in the documentation requirement for project deliverables
Service T & M billing
Liaise with project managers for project initiation, define milestone, finalise billing / revenue schedule based on contract
Continuously monitor and analyse project financial to ensure all projects are excuted within the approved budget. liase with project managers to get approval if budget needs to be adjusted
Liaise with project managers and finance team to close projects in time
Liaise with project managers and finance team to ensure month end closing is completed in time
Liaise with project coordinators and project managers to ensure supplier invoices are paid in time
Liaise with PMO coordinator to standardise project process and improve when necessary
Prepare the invoice, revenue, inventory and margin forecast, actual reports and variance analysis
Ensure supplier invoices are paid in time
Ensure projects are closed in time
Ensure month end closing is completed in time
Assist Project Managers in preparing and completing the documentations required for the project planning, execution, and claims
Assist Project Managers in project initiation to define milestone, billing and revenue schedule based on contract
Monitor and track Project cost
Comply with both Eaton and customers company's policies and procedures.
Ensure that all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, legal requirements and good ethical standards
Support program manager for continous process improvement
Excel at SAP PS and CS system to be able to guide the team on project set up
Continuos improvement on financial reporting to deliver results more efficiently
