What you'll do:
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Provide high quality and efficient support in project and service finance and system transactions (invoice, revenue, purchase order, sales order, forecast on billing, revenue, inventory and margin)
- Liaise with operation and supply chains in the project deliveries and procurement
- Support Project managers in the documentation requirement for project deliverables
- Service T & M billing
- Liaise with project managers for project initiation, define milestone, finalise billing / revenue schedule based on contract
- Continuously monitor and analyse project financial to ensure all projects are excuted within the approved budget. liase with project managers to get approval if budget needs to be adjusted
- Liaise with project managers and finance team to close projects in time
- Liaise with project managers and finance team to ensure month end closing is completed in time
- Liaise with project coordinators and project managers to ensure supplier invoices are paid in time
- Liaise with PMO coordinator to standardise project process and improve when necessary
- Prepare the invoice, revenue, inventory and margin forecast, actual reports and variance analysis
- Ensure supplier invoices are paid in time
- Ensure projects are closed in time
- Ensure month end closing is completed in time
- Assist Project Managers in preparing and completing the documentations required for the project planning, execution, and claims
- Assist Project Managers in project initiation to define milestone, billing and revenue schedule based on contract
- Monitor and track Project cost
- Comply with both Eaton and customers company's policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all activities comply with Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, legal requirements and good ethical standards
- Support program manager for continous process improvement
- Excel at SAP PS and CS system to be able to guide the team on project set up
- Continuos improvement on financial reporting to deliver results more efficiently
Qualifications:
Requirement:
- Trade, Diploma or Degree qualification in business management or related areas
- 3+ years experience in business and data analysing, financial reporting area
