In this role you will liaise with guests to provide security and customer relations, ensuring exceptional customer service is received by all guests during their stay.

With excellent communication skills and meticulous grooming, you will be a confident individual with a clear understanding of what it means to deliver a truly unique guest experience.

What are we looking for?

  • Hotel management & rooms experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven ability to handle guest enquiries and concerns
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS system preferred
  • High level customer service experience
  • Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster including weekends
