per annum - Min: AUD Max: AUD 8885- Join our Client as a Content Manager (Admin Helpdesk Support) for 6 months as a non-ongoing emlpoyee, working with a talented team to tackle helpdesk enquiries, ensure smooth incident resolution, and uphold information management standards
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming helpdesk enquiries with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
- Manage mailbox and provide exceptional customer support.
- Generate monthly reports using ServiceNOW to track progress.
Experience Needed:
- Proficiency in Content Manager 9 or above system administration.
- Previous customer support or helpdesk experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Familiarity with Australian Information Management Policy and standards.
