Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting with their product needs
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve a desirable outcome
  • Process both inbound and outbound mail and live chat
  • Identify and escalate possible complaints in a timely and confidential manner
  • Processing Data requests by using multiple computer systems to access needed information

About You

  • Must speak Arabic fluently
  • Prior customer service experience within a call centre environment
  • Strong Banking and Financial Services background
  • Natural desire to deliver a great service experience every time and be capable of connecting with a diverse range of people
  • A clear, wellspoken phone manner and a desire to learn in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • A friendly and professional telephone manner
