About the Role:

Looking for a new challenge? Join a fantastic Supply Chain team and experience a collaborative working environment. We are currently seeking an Operational Manager, to join our busy national team. This role is based in Western Sydney Australia.

Through their proactive and critical thinking mindset, the Manager is accountable for:

  • Strong safety focus supporting compliance to all training and safety processes onsite to achieve an excellent safety culture
  • Take charge of overseeing and managing operations, with a focus on fulfilling customer orders.
  • Be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a skilled and diverse team, as well as ensuring future succession planning.
  • Ensure that business plans, targets, and goals are met while promoting excellence in daily operations and minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement more effective ways of working.
  • Plan for midterm staffing, shifts, and equipment needs based on volume projections.
  • Ensure that team members are proficient in working processes that adhere to API rules, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Understanding of inventory management process

About you:


  • Strong people leadership capabilities with a safety focus, including but not limited to problem solving skills, change management skills, communication skills, and strategic thinking skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position within the supply chain and logistics field or equivalent.
  • Pharmaceuticals industry experience desirable
