Manager, Operations Performance with flexibility on location in either
Sydney or Melbourne on a
permanent full-time basis.

More about this role:

The Manager, Operations Performance is responsible for working with our business leadership teams to ensure performance management of all operational and logistic activities.

You will support and assist the General Manager with the operational performance activities by monitoring operational and strategic projects through the establishment of routine reporting, robust project management framework and business improvement support tools.

In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are:

Liaise with unit leadership on day to day operational performance activities and results of the unit, and develop business enhancement solutions based on short

- and long-term needs.

Drive resolution of major business performance needs and performance with dnata catering units.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategy with sensitivity towards efficient and effective operational performance results across all areas of the units.
Develop and present business performance improvement proposal recommendations on unit and national operational service procedures and quality standards.
Report on progress of projects, understanding the risks, dependencies, budgets, resourcing, issues, critical milestones and forthcoming pipeline, and actions necessary to ensure success.
Weekly and monthly performance indicators. Work with dnata catering units to proactively establish remedial actions and improvement initiatives through monthly unit KPI reports.
Provide information and advice for Business Managers to build their unit performance plans and support delivery of these outcomes.
Analyse, prepare and provide regular reports to management with nonperformance operational indicators, support appropriate action planning in the unit to eliminate or manage.
Developing effective internal and external relationships to foster cooperation and commitment to delivering increased customer satisfaction.
