Sepia International is a premium exporter of foodstuffs and hospitality items to the luxury resorts in The Maldives and Seychelles.

At Sepia International, our team is the key to our success.

This is a full-time position. Please note our office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Your role will be to assist the Manager.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Creative writing/content marketing
  • Assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of marketing material to customers
  • Ability to follow up potential prospects and gain feedback from customers
  • Prepare sales report and progress reports on potential, new and existing clients
  • Communicate with customers regarding the enquiries and orders
  • Enter customer orders into our ordering system
  • Ability to manage priorities within a fastpaced environment, while completing your daily goals
  • Additional administrative and project tasks will be required

This job is for you if:

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree (marketing)
  • You are an organised individual
  • You are a punctual and reliable team member
  • You have intermediate skills in Outlook, MS Excel and MS Word
  • You have experience in graphical design software, such as Canva or Photoshop
  • You are able to gather and evaluate data and work with numbers
  • You are able to analyse issues and develop effective solutions
  • You are efficient and you know how to prioritise your tasks
  • You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
  • You can make quick and smart decisions in challenging situations
  • You are a forward thinker and pay close attention to detail
  • You enjoy working within a hardworking team of likeminded individuals
Experience in Sales and/or Marketing will be highly regarded.

Salary
$50,000 - $80,000 per annum (plus super) depending on experience and qualification
