A significant program of work is about to commence involving a large Australian telecommunications organisation and multiple partners in the construction industry.

FinXL is seeking a number of Contract Managers to work for this telecommunications company.

Key duties will centre on the review and evaluation of an ongoing stream of contract terms and making determinations as to their validity.


Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Contract Management

Under the leadership of a Contract Specialist:
Function as a Contract Administrator with external suppliers, ensuring external Suppliers adhere to contract terms and conditions.


Manage the external Supplier to Key Performance Indicators as depicted in the contract terms and conditions, ensuring any leakages or performance opportunities are brought to the attention of the Supplier in order to rectify.

Interpret and enforce Key Performance Indicators with the external Supplier.

Provide regular performance reporting on each external Supplier in order to track performance against expectations.


Under the direction of the Contract Specialist, provide guidance to the Operations (Design & Construction) group on terms and conditions of the contract, specifically relating to contract Variations and Extensions of Time).

Attend and minute Contract Review Meetings held with Suppliers


Key Skills & Experience:
An understanding of contract management legalities and contract terms and conditions.

Ability to manage a number of stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Solving problems of moderate complexity.


A very good level of written and oral communication skills is expected for working with stakeholders at various levels and external vendors.

Ability in delivery to customer expectations from a delivery perspective.

Analytical skills and the ability to manage to detail.
