We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Designer to work on a casual contract until December 2023 with opportunity for extension.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning Designer to conduct needs analysis for finance learning needs across multiple cohorts. Once the needs have been determined, you will design blended learning to meet the needs. This will include reviewing, enhancing, and redesigning existing finance learning sessions and resources.

As the Learning Designer, you will be responsible for:

Consult with participant representatives across Business Managers and Principals
Consult with finance team representatives to:
understand the needs/problems to solve

- liaise on content and progress

Sit with and collaborate with the Learning and Development team to ensure alignment with Department of Education (DoE) learning resources.

Review, redesign and design learning resources with the view to increasing consistency, having a contemporary look and feel aligned with DoE learning resources and an improved participant experience

About the opportunity

Designing learning sessions and resources with a focus on meeting participants needs
Reviewing existing resources (finance focused facilitator led sessions) which aim to help principals and business managers better understand financial management and budgeting
