What will you be doing?
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be empowered to create memorable guest experiences, from pre-arrival to post-departure, in fact for the entire guest journey Your responsibilities include:

Providing a warm and personalised welcome
Efficiently checking guests in and out.
Use upselling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities.
Addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Coordinating with various departments to anticipate and meet guest needs.
Working as part of a professional team to deliver on Hilton's promise to provide the most friendly and reliable stays.

What are we looking for?
We are seeking part time and casual Guest Service Agents to join our team. We are seeking individuals who share and embody our core values of Hospitality, Integrity Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership and Now.

Along with:

Previous experience in a front office environment. Preferred but not essential.
Exceptional communication and problemsolving skills.
