WSET Level 3 or equivalent
Head Sommelier: Opportunity a step up for a Sommelier that s ready to take the next step.
Have a strong knowledge of old world & new world wine
Exceptional communication and presentation
Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service
Passion for providing a premium service within the restaurant industry
Show a strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
