The Role -
The the Lead Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Functional Specialist you will play THE pivotal role for all

D365 CE business/requirements, and you'll proactively engage with business stakeholders to find opportunities to leverage the D365 platform to add value to services and units across the entire business.


What would make you a good fit for this role?

  • Handson experience across the full lifecycle of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM projects
  • Team player organised, reliable and confident
  • An ability to provide indepth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power platform to evaluate business processes and requirements against the standard functionality
  • Experience producing functional specifications, user stories, design documents, etc.
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep experience with one or more of the functional modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (certification preferred)
