The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join the
Campbellfield team in our Fielders business as a
Key Account Manager. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia.
In this exciting customer-facing opportunity, you will be responsible for managing the commercial sales territory working with major commercial builders and installers across Victoria.
As a Key Account Manager, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to branch and company goals.
You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service.What Will You Do?
With the backing of our brand as an established steel supplier of Australian made quality products, you will:
- continue to strengthen partnerships with our existing customers
- identify new business opportunities with new customers
- identify opportunities to grow business with existing customers
- identify further service improvement and growth opportunities
- work collaboratively with the internal teams to fulfill and exceed customer needs
- undertake price maintenance activities and database management
