Our client, a well-established and reputable company, is seeking a talented Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join their team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring efficient and accurate transaction processing, as well as leading and developing your dedicated team.


Key Responsibilities:


Accounts Payable:

  • Manage the endtoend data processing
, reconciliation, and resolution of all accounts payable transactions

  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices

Accounts Receivable:

  • Oversee the accurate and timely submission of client claims and billings
  • Manage the client invoicing and debt collection process effectively

Team Management:

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and development to the accounts receivable and payable teams
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and highperforming work environment

New Customer Onboarding:

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • 5+ years of broad accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable experience
  • Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • A selfmotivated, proactive, and solutionsoriented approach
  • Strong communication and consultative abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
